If your child is still unable to access apps after deleting Grogo, it’s possible that iOS Screen Time settings are still active in the background — even if Screen Time appears to be turned off. Occasionally, some restrictions can remain cached on the device.
Restoring App Access on iOS Devices
Open the Settings app on your child’s device
Tap Screen Time
If Grogo is listed, toggle it off
Scroll down and tap “Turn Off App & Website Activity”
Restart the device (hold the power button, then slide to power off)
Once the device is back on, check if the apps are accessible
You can re-enable Screen Time if you were using it before
